I’m Peggy Sharr, a clinical psychotherapist, author, and survivor. My life’s work exists where personal experience and professional insight meet. For over two decades, I’ve helped people rebuild their lives after trauma, loss, and invisible pain — while walking that same healing journey myself.
My Life Today
I live in Athens, Georgia, with my loving husband and spoiled cat, Waylon. I'm a mother of two incredible adult children and a proud grandmother to one precious granddaughter. My eldest son's death by suicide remains a profound loss that has deepened my understanding of grief, resilience, and healing. This experience continues to shape both my personal life and my work with clients.
